IT Service Desk Technician
This is a full time ON-SITE role located in Woodland Hills, CA. There will be a training period in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Full-Time : Monday-Friday 8am-5 : 00pm On-Site
- 28 - $30 / hour

The IT Service Desk Technician is the front-line IT support for employees in the Woodland Hills, CA location. Daily responsibilities include fielding and responding to phone calls, monitoring email and ticket queues, and submitting trouble tickets for employees located at multiple sites. Customer Service, excellent communication, multi-tasking, and technical abilities are all core requirements of this role.
