Job Description Job DescriptionVNs needed Continuity Care Home Nurses is actively recruiting for LVNs, with our growing patient base. You will be working in the home providing care to our clientele many of whom have special skills including brain injury, paraplegic patients, ventilator patients, trach patients, etc. We offer great benefits and 401k with match. Our second company Continuity Care Staffing Services, Inc. provides babysitting & caregivers to pediatric and geriatric patients. We specialize in high tech home infusion visits & care to catastrophic patients (Ventilator Dependent, Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injured) in addition to having PT, OT, ST, LCSW available. All cases are supervised by Registered Nurses who also case manage each patient. We can bill all private insurance plans, worker's compensation, long term care insurance, & accept all major credit cards. Our service area includes most of Southern CA.
