Infection Preventionist needed for long term contract assignment in Phoenix, AZ. Housing, travel, benefits offered to the qualified candidate, '..Coordinates comprehensive organization-wide infection surveillance, prevention and control program in accordance with current requirements of regulatory, government and accrediting / licensing agencies and organizational policies and procedures. Duties include surveillance for healthcare-associated infections (HAIs); collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting of surveillance data; outbreak investigation; and program evaluation. Degree in Nursing, Microbiology, Public Health, Medical Technology, or related field and a related license or certification. Masters in Nursing, Public Health, or related field preferred with a related license or certification preferred.

- 2 years minimum experience working in Infection Prevention
