Office Manager
Office Manager works in close collaboration with director by providing mid-level supervision and leadership to a skilled dedicated team of behavioral health professionals and administrative support staff. Primary duties include the provision of administrative oversight at the branch-level. The ability to communicate well across interdisciplinary teams is required in order to function and operate efficiently in this role. They will need to keep the business operations and activities organized and moving forward. This person needs to be a self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and who can take the initiative to improve them. Strong communication skills are a must and being able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Office Manager must have an understanding a comprehensive system of social services and community resources, case management, staff and patient education, treatment planning, discharge planning, and coordination of care.
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of supervisory experience involving coordination and
management of operations, customer service, compliance, and/or performance
improvement initiatives.
-Experience in wrap around home-based clinical services
-Bachelor's degree
-Experience with Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse in child and adult population
This is a Full-Time position.
