Assisted Living Resident Services Director, RN/LPN

Position: Resident Services Director
Hours: Full time
Salary – $62,400 to $101,000 based on license, experience and level of education. PTO, sick leave and health benefits available.
Vista Mesa (EOE) is looking for an individual who can work full time hours while occasionally working in a flexible manner with hours of the day and days of the week when necessary. The position is conducted in a home like environment while responding to changes in acuity, resident/family likes and dislikes.
Qualifications include:
· Must have graduated from an accredited education program for nursing. RN license preferred.
· The ability to work on the floor with the staff in meeting resident needs based on individual resident care plans.
· Developing and updating individual care plans.
· The ability to evaluate changes of condition and make appropriate changes in the service plan while educating care staff to ensure continuity of the resident’s total care regime.
· Must be able to participate in and demonstrate leadership with resident care, medication passes and management, preventive programs, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.
· Must have excellent customer service and the ability to be a liaison between the residents, the care team, families, physicians and outside services.
· Must have the ability to lead and supervise others with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care setting, or other related field.
