Position Details:
- Location: Fennville/Holland, Michigan
- Schedule: (8am - 1pm) Monday - Friday, rotating weekends
- Hours: 15-20 hours per week to start, with potential to increase
- Pay: Starting at $17/hour (higher rates based on experience)
- Sign-on Bonus: $250 after your first 30 days
What You'll Do:
- You will be working in Fennville and Holland
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance
- Help with daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transportation when needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform physical aspects of caregiving
- Dependability and strong time management skills
- HHA, CNA, or other relevant certifications a plus
