Position: Personal Care Aide

Location: Grand Haven, MI

Schedule: Private Duty Care Case, 7 Days a Week

Pay Range: $18-$22/hr

Morning Shift: 9 AM - 11 AM

Evening Shift: 5 PM - 7 PM

Continuum Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide essential support for our clients in Grand Haven, MI. If you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

Provide supervision and companionship to clients.

Remind clients to take their medications on schedule.

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
