Description :
Continuum of Colorado has an opening to be our next Employment Consultant . As our Employment Consultant, you will communicate, coordinate, and provide integrated employment services. The Employment Consultant also coordinates with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and other external entities as needed.
We’re committed to a great work-life balance here, so you’ll get to work full-time at 36 hours / week with flexibility to work evenings / weekends based off support needs! Additionally, it is a hybrid remote position, with opportunities to work in the office, on job sites, and at home.
Requirements
- Two years of experience and / or related education or training working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Work independently
- Work flexible hours, as needed
- Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate.
- Meet our driving requirements - no suspensions / revocations and no more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years
