Continuum of Colorado has an opening to be our next Home and Community Support Supervisor . As our Home and Community Support (HCS) Supervisor, you’ll get to oversee the day-to-day of our Home and Community Support Providers in Aurora and Denver by directing your team’s duties and assuring quality care is provided to all of the individuals we serve by completing on-site visits to the homes of the providers / individuals. The HCS Supervisor will have flexible schedule in order to be available to staff and to monitor staff trainings, review documentation, review schedules, review and approve timecards, and supervise the staff’s adherence to the individual in service’s Service Plan / Plan of Care.
This is a hybrid remote position with plenty of flexibility!

Requirements
- Two (2) years supervisory or management experience, preferably in developmental disabilities or in a Home Health Agency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at all levels with managers, subordinates, individuals in services and others
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Work flexible hours, as needed
- Meet the physical demands of the position including the ability to push and secure wheelchairs and assist in transfers
- Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Meet our driving requirements - no suspensions / revocations and no more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years
