Current Shifts available
Case 1 Butler, PA 16002 RN or LPN needed for a 27-year-old female with G-tube—availability Sun -Thu 11 pm-7:30 am.
Case 2 Wexford, PA 15090 RN or LPN needed for a 5-year-old male with G-tube, Trach, and Seizure disorder. Availability Mon-Sun 10 pm-6:00 am.
Case 3 Vandergrift, PA 15629 RN or LPN needed for a 13-month-old female with a G-tube. Availability Mon-Sun 10 pm-6:00 am (Flexible on Shift).
Full-time, Part-Time, and weekend hours are available. Call today and have us put together a custom schedule that will work for you and your needs.

Requirements for our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
- Valid PA nursing license or a compact state nursing license.
- Successfully pass background checks- PA, FBI & Child Abuse
- American Heart Association approved CPR/BLS Certification
- Copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray, if available (must be within the last 3 months)
- The ability to make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision.
