Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services seeks trach and/or vent and/or G-tube nurses to join our team and provide specialized care for patients throughout the Wexford, PA area. Full-Time and Part-Time day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

Requirements for RN/LPN:
- Valid PA Nursing license
- Successfully pass a background check
- Current American Heart Association-approved CPR Certification

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a pediatric private duty setting, following established care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for charting and communication.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to pediatric patients.
