Job Description
This position requires a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide specialized pediatric care to patients. Responsibilities include:
- Providing tracheostomy and/or ventilator and/or gastrostomy tube nursing care to patients
- Working closely with families to develop personalized care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Valid VA Nursing license or Compact License
