Responsibilities
- Manage and direct rehabilitation services within SNF facilities, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
- Oversight of operational activities and programs associated with the day-to-day operations of Rehabilitation Services.
- Ensure efficient services that meet the needs of patients, physicians, clinical partners, and staff.
Key Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathologist.
- 1 year minimum experience in SNF/LTC settings.
