What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist Remote position at Continuum Rehab Group?
Continuum Rehab Group (CRG) is actively seeking a Talent Acquistion Specialist to join our growing team! Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with facilities in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Indiana, and Missouri.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
The position is remote but applicant must reside in Mountain or Central Time to align with working hours.
Must have a minimum of 2 years recruiting Physical Therapists/Assistants, Occupational Therapists/Assistants, and Speech Language Pathologists, preferrably in the Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Setting.
Prepare recruitment materials, post jobs to appropriate job boards social media, in addition to email and direct mail campaigns, etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using database, cold calls, various sourcing services, and referral methods within a competitive job market sector.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications, having prompt follow up with applicants.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to determine qualifications for position as well as schedule interviews for hiring managers.
Ability to negotiate proper pay rates using a pay scale.
Responsible for dispersing and tracking all offer letters, and initial hire paperwork while reviewing accuracy and completeness before processing.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
Maintain recruiting database with updates and addition of information as needed.
Extremely organized with capacity to work independently, and as part of a team with ongoing frequent communication regarding updates and progress.
Other responsibilites as assigned.
Providing an exceptional customer service and quality throughout the recruitment cycle and new hire process.
Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite of software must have proficiency in using Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and ability to adapt and learn additional programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional and friendly demeanor.
