Our client is searching for a Marketing Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to support the tactical implementation of their marketing strategies. This role is critical to ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, managed efficiently, and reported on consistently to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate must be able to work across teams to develop and deliver creative, highly engaging marketing campaigns and promotions, have a strong grasp of marketing systems (particularly HubSpot), a keen eye for design and presentation, and a passion for operational excellence in marketing execution.
What you will do
As a Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and execution of marketing programs and processes that propel our client forward as the premier custom technology solutions provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and may include:
- Develop marketing content, including emails, blog posts, case studies, social media copy, and promotional materials.
- Format content into visually compelling layouts using design tools such as Canva.
- Set up and launch marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including email, landing pages, forms, and workflows.
- Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure timely deployment.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize components for improved results.
- Ensure proper tagging, segmentation, and tracking of contacts and campaign activities.
- Assist in maintaining marketing automation workflows and list management.
- Track key marketing KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, form conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare and distribute performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting needs for leadership.
- Translate written content into visually compelling formats using tools like Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint.
- Assist in designing graphics for campaigns, social media, and presentations that align with brand standards.
- Assist with creating newsletters, sales enablement collateral, and promotional materials as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Manage task timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support the sales team with additional marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in a marketing or operations role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in HubSpot (required); experience setting up workflows, email campaigns, and reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and an eye for clean, modern visual design.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; ability to create charts and visual reports.
- Comfortable working independently with little oversight in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
