Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Salesforce Architects to design and lead the development of a scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural strategies, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive our companys success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Lead architecture discussions, establish design patterns, and drive the adoption of best practices in Salesforce development.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including system diagrams, data models, and integration documentation.
• Conduct technical assessments, provide recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data governance standards are met in Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define technical requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
