Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our clients. This individual will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional client experience, handling administrative tasks, and supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and preferably a background in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Greet clients warmly, check them in for appointments, and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Scheduling & Booking: Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Sales & Upselling: Educate clients on our treatments, services, and membership programs. Promote relevant add-ons and upsell packages when appropriate.
- Phone & Email Management: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Payment Processing: Handle transactions, process payments, and manage invoices while maintaining accurate records.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized client files, input data into scheduling software, and assist with inventory management.
- Social Media & Marketing Support: Occasionally assist with social media posts, promotional emails, and special event coordination.
- Clean & Professional Environment: Ensure the front desk and waiting area are always tidy, stocked with necessary materials, and presentable for clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical spa, salon, or luxury service environment.
- Sales Skills (Preferred): Experience in sales or upselling services is highly desirable.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in scheduling software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Professional Appearance: A polished and professional demeanor in alignment with our brand image.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle a fast-paced environment.
