Spa Specialist

Duties

• Supervise daily operations within the store, ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels, stock shelves efficiently, and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members to encourage improvement.

• Must be able to travel every now and then to our other location in Grove City.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store operations is preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficient in basic math skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers positively.
• Experience with product demonstrations and upselling techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
