Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Actively promote and sell our premium cryotherapy services, including cryo-slimming, cryo facials, and pain management to new and existing clients.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through a combination of direct sales, relationship building, and exceptional service.
- Client Needs Assessment: Provide personalized consultations, evaluate client needs, and recommend the most appropriate services to achieve their wellness and body contouring goals.
- Exceptional Client Service: Handle client inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience that keeps clients coming back.
- Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, continuously refining your sales skills to maximize client satisfaction and sales results.
Requirements:
- Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the wellness or beauty industry is a plus!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you’re a natural at building rapport and influencing decisions.
- Self-motivated and driven by earning potential – you thrive on commission-based performance.
- Highly organized and results-oriented with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
