Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized consultations on our cryo-slimming services.
- Utilize exceptional selling techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets, maximizing commission-based income.
- Conduct engaging introductory treatments and consultations to prospective clients.
- Work independently to book appointments from leads provided, follow up on inquiries, and close sales, demonstrating high levels of self-sufficiency and motivation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and share best practices.
- Prepare sales reports
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the wellness or spa industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets and goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and a growing company
Hours:
1.) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2-7p, Sundays 9a-4p
2.)Thursday, Friday, 2-7p, Saturdays 9a-4p
Compensation: This role offers a base hourly pay competitive commission-based compensation structure, providing ample opportunities for high earnings based on sales performance.
