Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth:
Set and achieve sales targets, motivate your team, and implement strategies to increase spa memberships, service upgrades, and product sales.
Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure all locations run smoothly and efficiently, following Contour Spa’s high standards and protocols.
Team Development:
Train, coach, and inspire Spa Specialists to deliver exceptional service and meet individual and team sales goals.
Customer Experience:
Foster strong client relationships, ensuring every client receives a world-class experience that keeps them coming back.
Marketing Collaboration:
Partner with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that drive foot traffic and customer engagement.
Business Analytics:
Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities to maximize revenue and customer retention.
Community Engagement: Represent Contour Spa at trade shows, wellness events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build strategic partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Sales Expertise:
You have a track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment. 3 years of experience leading sales teams, preferably in health, wellness, or beauty industries.
Leadership Skills:
You're an inspiring leader who can motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
Exceptional Communicator:
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service and team engagement.
