Key Responsibilities:

At our Ormond Beach location, we’re on the hunt for passionate, top-tier professionals eager to advance their careers in the health and wellness industry. We are currently looking for 1 person to work 3-4 days per week with availability Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. At Contour Spa, we transform our clients’ wellness journeys by offering the most advanced Cryo-Slimming, Cryotherapy, and localized Cryo treatments available. Our innovative services help clients achieve their personal wellness goals, making them feel rejuvenated, confident, and at their best.

Essential Duties:

• Manage daily spa operations
• Perform services for clients, ensuring a 5-Star experience
• Handle scheduling, phone calls, and cleaning tasks
• Engage with past clients and post on social media
• Recommend additional services based on client needs

Key Competencies:

• Proven sales and closing ability - earn commission on packages
• Exceptional customer service with a client-first attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities:

• Provide body contouring services
• Guide clients through their wellness journey
• Book appointments and maintain spa cleanliness and organization
• Drive Sales: Actively promote and sell our premium cryotherapy services, including cryo-slimming, cryo facials, and pain management to new and existing clients.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through a combination of direct sales, relationship building, and exceptional service.
• Client Needs Assessment: Provide personalized consultations, evaluate client needs, and recommend the most appropriate services to achieve their wellness and body contouring goals.
• Exceptional Client Service: Handle client inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience that keeps clients coming back.
• Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, continuously refining your sales skills to maximize client satisfaction and sales results.

Requirements:

• Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the wellness or beauty industry is a plus!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you’re a natural at building rapport and influencing decisions.
• Self-motivated and driven by earning potential – you thrive on commission-based performance.
• Highly organized and results-oriented with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules and maximize sales opportunities.
• Self-transportation
