Entry-Level Production Machine Maintenance Technician
Looking for a hands-on job where you can learn, grow, and build a career? We are hiring a Production Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team!
No experience? No problem. We’re looking for someone eager to learn the right way from the start—not someone with years of bad habits or a know-it-all attitude. If you're motivated, mechanically inclined, and want to build real skills that lead to higher-paying opportunities, this is your chance.
- This is not just a job—it’s a career path. Work hard, learn fast, and you can move up to Lead Technician and beyond!
What You'll Do:

- Troubleshoot and fix issues with CNC machinery and pneumatic systems.
- Repair plumbing leaks and electrical wiring problems.
- Work with HVAC systems to maintain proper climate control.
- Work independently and as part of a team to solve problems.
What We Look For:
- Someone who wants to learn and improve every day.
- A strong work ethic—if you're lazy, this isn’t the job for you.
- No bad habits, no ego—just a willingness to learn and do things right.
- Basic tool knowledge and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
- The ability to figure things out and take initiative.
- No fear of heights—you’ll sometimes work on ladders and lifts.
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs and handle physical tasks.
Tools You'll Need (or Be Willing to Get):
- Toolbox, tool cart, or tool bag (for organization and mobility)
- Screwdrivers (flathead & Phillips)
- Ball peen hammer
- Pliers (needle-nose, slip-joint, locking channel locks)
- Wrenches (adjustable, open-end/box-end)
- Socket set (metric & standard, 3/8" drive)
- Tape measure, utility knife, Allen wrenches, torpedo level
- Cordless drill with drill/screw bits
- Flashlight/headlamp, multimeter (600V), wire strippers/cutters
- Hack saw or reciprocating saw, pipe wrench, pry bar
- Basically, if you like working with tools, you'll fit in here.
What You Get:
✅ $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience and work ethic)
- Opportunities to learn, grow, and work up to Lead Technician
- One-on-one training with experienced techs—learn by doing, not just watching
- Hands-on experience that will set you apart in the field
- A real-world education in machine maintenance—no classroom needed
Work Schedule:
- Full-time
- 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
Work Location:
- In-person (this is not a remote job)
If you're hungry to learn, willing to work, and want to grow into a skilled technician, apply now. We don’t care about experience—we care about attitude, effort, and potential.
