RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform irrigation system maintenance, installation, and repairs for existing clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service.
- Conduct job site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and system diagnostics.
- Interpret and work from irrigation blueprints and plans.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in landscape irrigation (minimum), with preference for 3-5 years.
- Deep understanding of irrigation systems, including 2-wire systems and controllers such as Rain Bird, Hunter, and others.
- Knowledge of pumps, boosters, and wells.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills (e.g., electrical, wire tracking).
- Ability to adapt to practical problems and unexpected situations.
- Comfortable working in a outdoor environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Minimum 3-5 years in irrigation service and repairs.
- Valid and clean driver’s license required.
- Must meet all physical demands of the position.
