Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Clerk IV position at the Contra Costa County Superior Court. As a key member of our court team, you will provide administrative support to judges and commissioners, ensuring the smooth functioning of court proceedings. Your responsibilities may include filing and information retrieval, personal computer operations, basic accounting and cash handling practices, and customer service. Responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities may include:
• Managing files and documents
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Providing customer service
• Performing various clerical tasks
• Interpreting, explaining, and applying policies, rules, procedures, and regulations
• Working effectively in a team environment

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position. You should also possess knowledge of filing and information retrieval systems, personal computers, basic financial record-keeping systems, correct punctuation and grammar, and basic accounting practices. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
