The Principal Human Resources Analyst will be a collaborative team player with superior interpersonal and communication skills who can maintain open and productive relationships with their team, colleagues, labor union representatives, and other key stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will lead with a hands-on approach, mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative environment focused on professional growth, performance excellence, and positive workplace culture. This knowledgeable professional will have a solution-oriented mindset and be a credible and trusted advisor to department representatives and the District’s management team.
The successful candidate will partner with the Director of People & Culture to proactively manage labor relations, including grievance resolution, MOU interpretation, and contract administration. They will cultivate positive labor management relationships by facilitating open communication, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements. The successful candidate will also support negotiation strategies as a key member of CCWD's labor negotiating team.
