We are currently hiring for a position in our drafting department.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CAD and / or Cabinet Vision Drafter

Qualifications :

Proficient in – 2D Drafting AutoCAD 2015 or greater; will consider if experienced in other CAD programs

Cabinet drafting experience is preferred

Applicants with cabinet shop fabrication experience are a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a requirement.

Ability to problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking skills

Must be able to work with minimal supervision and work in a team

Detailed, observant, organized

Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, open workspace environment

Willing to engage, step up, and take initiative

Strong time management skills / comfort with deadline-driven schedule

An associate or bachelor’s degree is not required but is a plus

Responsibilities :

Full-Time position with overtime required as needed to meet client needs during busy times of the year

Able to read blueprints, and specifications, and make field visits to obtain necessary measurements to shop drawings for cabinet construction.

Knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Create, design, and develop submittal documents and drawings.

Conduct drawing reviews as appropriate for completeness and accuracy.

Organize and maintain project drawings, files, and related information.

Ability to efficiently manage assignments and tasks in a timely manner.

Compensation :

3-month probationary period
