BUILDER SALES MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our new construction focused team.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining relationships with national, regional and custom home builders as well as commercial builders in the San Francisco Bay Area, and in the Northern California Central Valley marketplace.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with the new home builder, multi family and commercial construction communities.
• Market "turn key" flooring and accessory packages to local builders.
• Achieve, and exceed, Company directed performance goals.
• Review and analyze all aspects of the project to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Create bids and client product programs
• Onboard new clients
• Expand the Company customer base by converting prospects into new clients.
• Continue to maintain your existing customer relationships by providing a positive customer experience during the entire process - from initial contact through installation and acceptance of our work.

• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project completion

Requirements:

• Prior flooring sales experience with a focus on the new home and commercial builder market is a must.
• Problem solving skills with a thorough understanding of the flooring business.
• Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Great communication and people skills.

Pay and Benefits:

• Unlimited earnings possible
• Individuals currently in the position of sales/proejct manager for the Company earn $200,000.00 to $300,000.00 yearly.
