About the Role:
The function of this position is to support the Cyber and Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) section with specific responsibility for supporting C5ISR architecture, technology, evaluation, testing and compliance across the US market and support the delivery of products and services to Ground Combat Platforms.

Minimum Qualifications / What candidate must have:

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, related science or equivalent (Relevant technical certificates and credentials will be considered).
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience.
- Experience working on engineering and/or military projects.
- Experience working on technical development projects.
- Experience in military vehicle development and integration.
- Experience in interpreting higher level customer requirements and flowing them down to technology areas.
- Familiarity with various electrical line replaceable units and the development and troubleshooting of electronic hardware.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, automotive and military related.
- Familiarity with military or commercial radios, GPS, EW and/or other communication equipment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Proficiency with laboratory and test/analysis equipment preferred.
- Ability to travel (mostly domestic, some international) up to 15%.
- Must satisfy Anthropometric Size Restrictions for access to military vehicles and be able to climb on vehicles and pass through hatches.
- This position will require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance)
- This position may require the candidate to be able to climb on/off, work in, and work around military vehicles is desired. Must be able to pass ASR test (Anthropometric Size Requirement for confined space).
- The candidate will need to have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Able to bring continuous improvement processes and methodologies to the position.
- Limited travel maybe required including foreign travel if needed.
