About the Role: You will be part of the Engineering Operational Excellence & Business Operations team, providing essential support in managing training plans, organizing impactful training sessions, and maintaining our knowledge management system. In addition to this, you will be involved in supporting new business proposals and capital planning—helping to drive critical decision-making processes.

About the Role: You will be part of the Engineering Operational Excellence & Business Operations team, providing essential support in managing training plans, organizing impactful training sessions, and maintaining our knowledge management system. In addition to this, you will be involved in supporting new business proposals and capital planning—helping to drive critical decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering Leaders: Understand training needs, and work closely with internal leaders to develop and implement employee training programs.
- Coordinate Training Logistics: From booking rooms and equipment to managing supplier relationships and ensuring security, you’ll ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
- Track and Report Progress: Maintain detailed records of training attendance, costs, and feedback while delivering monthly status reports on training budgets.
- Enhance Knowledge Management: Play a key role in maintaining our Microsoft SharePoint-based Knowledge Management System, ensuring knowledge assets are updated and accessible.
- Support Proposal & Capital Planning: Assist the Engineering Proposal Lead in managing proposal inputs and approvals, while helping to track capital project planning data and approvals.
- Collaborate across teams: You’ll work with engineering leaders and external partners, giving you exposure to diverse perspectives and expertise.
- Be a Change Maker: Your organizational skills and keen attention to detail will be pivotal in driving efficient processes that support the entire engineering function.

- A bachelor’s degree with strong proficiency in Excel and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and training coordination is preferred but not required.
