Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control plant operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies and performance metrics to achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Establish production goals and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and develop department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Communicate new policies and changes, addressing questions and maintaining staff morale.
- Analyze plant operations and present performance reports, including productivity, profitability, and budget variances.
- Manage purchasing functions, monitor material prices, and collaborate on product and equipment specifications.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure staff accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of plant management experience in manufacturing.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and accountability skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
