Job Title: Plant Manager

Salary: $140K

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, quality, R&D, and safety. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across departments while aligning operations with company goals. This role is crucial for increasing production capabilities, driving safety initiatives, and managing plant performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control plant operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies and performance metrics to achieve financial and operational objectives.
• Establish production goals and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communicate new policies and changes, addressing questions and maintaining staff morale.
• Analyze plant operations and present performance reports, including productivity, profitability, and budget variances.
• Manage purchasing functions, monitor material prices, and collaborate on product and equipment specifications.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure staff accountability.
  
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of plant management experience in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
