Role Overview : The Software Manager will lead a team in designing, developing, and integrating software for military combat vehicles. This leadership role involves team building, project management, and overseeing software architecture, development, and integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a software team, including project planning and budgeting.
- Develop and implement software processes (DevSecOps, Agile).
- Oversee vehicle software development, requirements analysis, and cybersecurity architecture.
- Ensure software safety design, documentation, and configuration management.
- Support system integration, testing, and rapid prototyping efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to meet project goals.
