Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Sr. Software Engineer at our Sterling Heights, MI office. This role involves developing and integrating software for military combat vehicles, including simulation, testing, and system integration.

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Sr. Software Engineer at our Sterling Heights, MI office. This role involves developing and integrating software for military combat vehicles, including simulation, testing, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop, and manage software requirements.
- Research and prototype solutions to meet customer needs.
- Perform trade studies, system modeling, and algorithm development.
- Develop and test vehicle software, leveraging tools like Git, Jira, and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Support integration and testing of military systems, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and system-integration labs (SIL).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during system testing.
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Science, Systems, etc.).
- 15 years of software engineering experience, including real-time OS and embedded C/C .
- Familiarity with software development tools, protocols (e.g., J1939 CANBus, Ethernet), and hardware integration.
- U.S. Security Clearance eligibility.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience with U.S. DoD vehicle requirements, VICTORY, FACE, and MOSA standards.
- Knowledge of military systems, power distribution, and RF electronics.
$140,000 - $160,000
Work Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work overtime as needed.
- Occasional travel, including international trips.
