This role is anticipated to last approximately 6 months with the possibility of extending, and it's a hybrid opportunity, requiring 2-3 days onsite our corporate office in Boston, MA.

Your Mission
As our Regional Field Marketing Manager, you will create, own, and implement campaigns and marketing tactics as part of awareness campaigns, targeted account-based marketing or product launch campaigns for all marketing activities assigned to create pipeline and leads for the Sales teams in the North America Region.

The vale you bring
- Develop and execute SOPHiA GENETICS' (BioPharma, SaaS in healthcare & genomics, Rare Disease, and Oncology Applications) annual marketing plans and marketing budget in the assigned region.
- Collaborate with third party companies as needed to ensure all relevant channels and targeted audience is covered in the region
- Define the go-to market strategy in the assigned region for the given scope.
- Collaborate with content writers, creative design and digital marketing experts to ensure that campaign tactics match market segment needs. (e.g. compelling email / content / social media marketing (blogs / webinars))
- Convert customer and market insight into core marketing briefs and strategic marketing plans that drive successful lead generation thanks to impactful and customized product launch campaigns.
- Define key messages and visual identity of the booth for local conferences interacting with the graphic designer(s) and the regulatory team for final approval (content and graphics)
- Work with Sales and Product Management to create continuous alignment for business strategy, establish relevant Marketing tactics to help the Sales teams reach their targets, ensuring to deliver campaigns in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that regional marketing plans and all activities support the global marketing objectives and are aligned with the company's brand standards, corporate messaging, positioning and brand development, while regionalizing messaging to the given targeted persona
- Support planning and management of global conferences and events in messaging, speaker selection, on-site activities and sales briefings in collaboration with regional event lead.
- Track agreed KPI's to measure ROI of commercial marketing campaigns. This includes creating performance dashboards with user engagement metrics across channels and orchestrate the communication of outcomes to Sales, Product Management up to the ET.
- Monitor the success of marketing campaigns by working with Digital Marketing to use and implement advanced digital tagging and strategies
- Build, maintain, and analyze digital advertising campaigns to ensure the content is reaching the right audiences within budget and timeline.
