YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Your primary responsibilities will include managing, coaching, and mentoring the agents on your team. You will provide valuable guidance and support, helping them to enhance their performance and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Additionally, you will work closely with the Contact Center Manager to assist with scheduling, workforce performance, and service delivery. Your expertise and insights will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our contact center operations.
Here's what we need from you:
- Ability to be available during any business hours when needed
- Knowledge of relevant contact center software, CRM, and Workforce Management products
- A results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with efficient time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in business management preferred
Experience as a contact center supervisor or workforce manager is preferred but not required.
