WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
You will work evening shifts.
Your responsibility will involve providing support and guidance to agents daily, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with the Contact Center Manager, assisting with scheduling, workforce performance, and service delivery to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative team environment will be paramount to the success of our contact center.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Ability to be available during any business hours when needed
- Knowledge of relevant contact center software, CRM, and Workforce Management products
- A results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with efficient time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in business management preferred
Experience as a contact center supervisor or workforce manager is preferred but not required.
