What are the responsibilities and job description for the Helper position at Contractor Service and Fabrication, Inc.?
This position is located in our Fabrication Shop in Beaumont, Texas.
Currently working Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Job Duties
Looking for an ambitious, hardworking individual to join the team.
- Manually moving freight, stock, or other materials and performing other general labor as instructed.
- Follow instructions from construction project managers and foreman
- Cleaning the construction site by removing hazards, materials and debris from the worksite.
- Loading materials from trucks through the loading docks using hand trucks and other freight moving equipment.
- Must be able to read and communicate in English to understand technical documents, safety procedures, and instructions relevant to job duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Must be able to tolerate extreme heat
Must be able to lift 50 lbs above shoulder height on a regular basis as well the ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk, climb, and stand for 4 or more hours consecutively with or without accommodations.
May be required to wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to hard hats, gloves, protective eye wear, fire retardant clothing.
