We are hiring for the 2025 season! Contractor Services, Inc. (CSI) is a traffic control company based in North Platte, Nebraska. Our service area includes central Nebraska to the panhandle, eastern Colorado and Rapid City, SD.
CSI provides traffic control services, roadway and airport pavement marking, pavement marking removals, temporary barrier rail, temporary signals, message boards and other smart zone equipment. CSI is a fast-growing company looking for employees that are ready to grow with us.
Safety is the most important part of a construction project. CSI employees will help create a safe work zone by installing traffic control devices on roadway construction projects.
We need Traffic Control Crew Lead in Rapid City, SD.

Traffic Control Crew Lead: This position will include managing a small crew. Crew Lead will oversee and direct traffic control operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in work zones by setting up flagging operations, controlling traffic flow, and meeting with clients to correctly plan and schedule each day's setup and tear down of lane closures. Crew Lead are responsible for company vehicles and equipment. Crew Lead needs to have a strong understanding of traffic control safety procedures and regulations is crucial. Crew Leads need to be able to quickly identify and resolve safety issues and traffic problems.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Clean driving record.
- Conduct yourself as a professional with co-workers and public.

- Report to work at the designated start time.

- Work outside in all-weather conditions.

- Communicate well with others.
- Willingness to learn, new hires will be trained in classroom and on the job.
This is a position that requires safety to be put first, as you will be working near traffic and other contractors. PPE (hard hat, safety vest, eye protection, gloves) is required and successful applicants will need to provide proper footwear and attire.
