We are seeking a Commercial Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage commercial roofing and construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate projects efficiently. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial roofing and construction projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and Nitro team members to maintain schedules and project efficiency.
• Ensure all work meets company and industry standards while maintaining safety compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Address on-site challenges quickly and efficiently, keeping projects on track.
• Utilize project management software (JobNimbus) to track progress, communicate, and ensure documentation is up to date.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in commercial site supervising/project managing within the construction or roofing industry is preferred.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with clients and team members.
• Quick thinking and proactive approach to handling challenges.
• Understanding of commercial roofing and construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Preferred, Not Required). Spanish-speaking skills are a plus for better communication with crews.
• A valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Commercial roofing certifications/experience are a plus.
