Overview
A well-established commercial and residential installation and repair contractor is seeking an experience Estimator / Project Manager to join their team!
Job type: Full-time, on-site unless in project manager mode, where one would be visiting job sites.
Schedule: Monday through Friday - start time is flexible.
Benefits included.
Compensation range starts around $70,000 and is flexible, highly dependent on level of experience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Experience in the glass industry preferred.
- Proficient in construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable pricing from vendors.
- Solid understanding of cost control measures within construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and requirements.
- Proven project management skills with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Experience using GDS (Win Bid Pro), or similar estimating software is required.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug and background screen.
