We are seeking a hands-on Project Administrator to be based in Louisville, KY. Purpose: The Project Administrator provides support functions to the project teams at the spoke level. In this role, the Project Administrator will be responsible for multiple facets within the job setup, invoicing, and recordkeeping functions.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
· Plays integral role in the invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
· Works with operations team to maintain accurate WIP reporting and cost classification
· Reviews proposals for activation
· Works with trade partners on insurance processing and renewals
· Completes vendor credit applications
· Obtains proper documentation for supplier setup
· Completes reporting in accurate and timely manner
· Provides superior customer service
· Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management
Qualifications:
· Previous experience with bookkeeping or accounting
· Previous experience with JD Edwards or other ERP preferred
· High-level of communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Advanced education and/or related certification(s), a plus
· Advanced computer/technology skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based applications
· Precise and articulate written and oral communication; ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upwardly to top management and downward to a wide range of audiences
· Must be self-directed and motivated and able to prioritize responsibilities in fast-paced environment
· Work schedule flexibility, with advance notice, to accommodate needs of the business
