Ci is looking for a Sales expert in multi-family renovation and roofing. The successful candidate must have an uncanny ability to build relationships and "get the win."
The Account Manager role has a focus on obtaining opportunities to bid and sell profitable work though developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the multifamily, HOA, senior living, student housing, and industrial/commercial industries.
Essential Job Responsibilities*:
- Builds and maintains profitable relationships with key new and existing customers
- Compiles and analyzes bid data
- Prepares bids, bid summaries, bid packages, and bid documents within the proposed timelines and GM goal $/% as determined by Ci Leadership Team
- Completes job walks and estimate takeoffs to ensure accuracy
- Follows up with customers to ensure all aspects of the proposed project are included in the bid documents
- Works collaboratively with operations team to hand off sold jobs through a detailed project turnover meeting
- Provides superior customer service both internally and externally
- Performs additional duties as needed and as assigned by direct supervisor and/or management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred
- At least three years estimating and project management experience in the construction industry required
- Knowledge in the scope areas of painting, siding and roofing preferred
- Ability to accurately interpret the scope, specifications (including blueprints) and timeliness of customer plans, while obtaining the desired level of profit to the company
- Ability to multi-task and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required
- Excellent reading, writing and math skills required
- Ability to be self-directed and motivated and able to prioritize responsibilities in fast-paced environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
