What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage emails and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
✅ Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules seamlessly.
✅ Organize and maintain important documents and files for easy access.
✅ Keep office supplies stocked and ensure inventory is up to date.
✅ Support sales goals by offering our services and responding to inquiries.
✅ Follow up with leads and potential customers to drive business growth.
✅ Collect payments from clients and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
✅ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and engagement.
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers.
✅ Travel to meetings and trainings at other company locations as needed.
