Description:
Our Client's Cloud Marketing Technical Writing team is responsible for creating content that helps demonstrate and prove the efficacy of our product portfolio, as well as drive engagement with our platform. they understand that to run a successful product-led growth marketing strategy, it is imperative that customers use and interact with their products. Our team creates tutorials, guides, and reference materials that help facilitate these experiences for developers and other technical users.
As a Technical Writer II, you’ll join an already-established writing team focused on creating customer-facing content. You’ll collaborate with a cross functional team, including Engineering, Product Marketing, Product Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and Sales to develop high-quality content that enhances our customer experience.
As a Technical Writer II, you will be responsible for:
Creating and maintaining Marketing-produced technical documentation and application content aimed at Client customers, including tutorials, guides, and accompanying technical materials.
Understanding user goals and working with cross-functional teams to help provide solutions.
Participating in campaigns and initiatives across Marketing as a member of a global organization

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or another related field or its equivalent
Have demonstrated experience writing product documentation or tutorial style content.
Have demonstrated experience with Cloud and Cloud primitives from a hands-on perspective.
Have demonstrated experience with Cloud Security and the latest Security best practices
Have demonstrated experience using source control (GIT).
Be capable of optimizing development and documentation processes.
Possess excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Salary : $41
