About the role
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to join our fully in-person team at Contrast. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline operations for our customers.
What you'll do :
- Develop and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with the technology team to ensure RPA solutions meet the needs of the product.
- Write and maintain code for RPA processes, ensuring they are reliable and efficient.
- Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure proper functioning and integration with existing systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA technology and EHR systems.
- Support and gather feedback from medical professionals and other stakeholders.

Compensation :
The base compensation range for the role is : $65,000-$80,000 based on leveling and desired cash / equity split. Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create.
