Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team to service our property with quality people who are experienced in creating the right environment for our residents. We’re offering more, so we’re looking for more.
Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure that the physical aspect and general maintenance of the property meets company standards and applicable laws. The Maintenance Technician will diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Maintain cleanliness on the premises
- Completing resident work orders
- Perform minor plumbing/mechanical/electrical repairs
- Wall/Drywall repair
- Install flooring, cabinetry, tub and surrounds as needed
- Prepare vacant units for leasing
- Grounds keeping
- Remove snow and spread salt on walkways and porches
All applicants must have their own basic tools, reliable transportation and availability to respond immediately to emergency "on call" repairs. Must be a "TEAM player" and have the ability to work diligently and complete projects on time and without direct supervision. Must also have strong interpersonal skills. Be friendly, courteous, and comfortable dealing with difficult situations and personalities. Only applicants with maintenance experience will be considered.

Pay: $20.80 - $23.00 per hour
