Contrast Studios is looking for a driven, team-first Assistant Studio Manager to help lead daily operations, drive sales, and support our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Set the tone for the studio through positive, confident leadership
- Coach and motivate staff to meet daily booking, sales, and service goals
- Assist with training new hires and providing ongoing development
- Maintain daily operations, studio cleanliness, and visual standards
- Manage schedules, team communications, and studio documentation
- Lead by example as a top sales performer
- Drive membership growth and support marketing efforts
- Represent Contrast at local events and build community connections
- Monitor and manage studio supplies
- Ensure proper usage of systems and tools
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (wellness/fitness a plus)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask, lead a team, and maintain a calm, professional presence
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in wellness, health, or related fields is a plus.
- Team-player, positive attitude 100% of the time!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
