Control Air is searching for a highly skilled and motivated Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate for
this position will have a strong understanding of desktop operating systems, the ability to solve problems quickly, and
understands the importance of exceptional customer service. The Computer Technician will be responsible for ensuring
that trouble tickets are resolved in a timely fashion while maintaining a courteous and professional relationship with the
teams at Control Air.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers
- Troubleshooting printers, plotters, and all other peripheral devices
- Answer incoming calls to the Helpdesk
- Setup new workstations with hardware and software
- Maintain hardware and software inventories according to departmental standards
