Position : QHSE Coordinator
Department : QSHE
Location : Houston, TX
Reports To : QHSE Manager
Position Summary
The QSHE provides support to the QHSE Department.
Essential Job Duties :
- Review Supplier Documentation and provide supplier approval to ship notice in a timely fashion.
- Maintain and control supplier documentation including filing and adding documentation into the ERP system.
- Assist with QHSE related activities required for management and control of systems and processes in accordance with the company's QHSE Management System and certification requirements.
- Includes the development of templates, forms or other means of capturing and organizing data and information.
- Review and process Nonconformance Reports and Safety Observations through online QHSE Software.
- Use of software for document management such as Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Resource Planning.
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company QHSE standards and procedures.
- Interact and support a broad spectrum of personnel internal and external to the company. Work effectively and efficiently in both team-based and independent working environments to reduce costs and add value to the organization.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
