The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate HVAC estimates, managing HVAC projects, and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Compensation : Competitive salary based on experience, 80-100k, plus bonus structure

Review project plans and specifications to prepare accurate HVAC estimates.Perform takeoffs to determine the material and labor requirements for HVAC systems.Solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors to gather competitive pricing.Review and analyze subcontractor proposals, ensuring alignment with project scope.Provide cost breakdowns and estimates for the total HVAC system installation, including labor, equipment, and materials.Project Management :
Oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.Manage project changes, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals in coordination with senior management and field teams.Conduct on-site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned and quality standards are maintained.Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of HVAC systems.Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.Client and Vendor Coordination :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors during the life of the project.Ensure proper coordination between internal and external teams, including engineers, architects, and suppliers.Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and subcontractors.Provide clients with progress updates and manage any concerns or issues that may arise during the project.Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC estimating and project management.Skills : Strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management, and construction processes.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and team members.Organizational Skills : Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in HVAC system design, estimating software, and project management tools.Certifications (Preferred) : Relevant HVAC certifications or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
